1. Cancellation Before Shipping
You can cancel an order for free anytime before it has been shipped, from My Account > Orders by selecting "Cancel Order". A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or raise a return request once the product is received, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
3. Cancellations by AVACOS Foods
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, delivery address issues or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, simply refuse the shipment at the time of delivery to cancel — no charges will apply.
